First of All go to this site http://www.appsgeyser.com/ if you are already Registered with this site, so you should just Sign in to Create you Android Application , if you are not Registered with this site then don't feel confusion and Click on Create Now.
Now it will b comes on Apps Creation Panel, there will b six or seven Application Category, you will choose what you wish, i chose Website Category so it will b like this screen shot.
When i Clicked on Website The Other Panel will be Open, if you want to Create Your Own Browser you can because here is also a Browser Option for Create Online Android Browser.
When you clicked on website category, now it will ask you to input that website which you want to create your own application for that website like i want to create my web android application so i will give my own web link like in above screen shot, After That Click on Next,
After Next Clicking The Next Panel will b Open, it will  ask you to write you application Name as i mention Above my Web Application name feemiweb, after that i will click on next for next step.
when i click on next it will ask me to write your application description that how is your application and what functions are in it as i wrote above screen shot 
here you should choose your own icon for you application but in this panel also a default icon if you dont have any icon you can chose default icon after that you can go to next step,
and that is will b you final and last step to create and download your application . now if you want to download your application you should sign up or register in that site . So first register in this site and come again . Thanks
